    Hook Sentence: Death Penalty is sometimes a negative aspect of law.
    The claim of this report is the effectiveness of the death penalty within the society and the other different aspects.

Undeniable pain of death penalties
    Sometimes the death penalty can be given through excruciating pain and torture. This is not needed for the ultimate punishments as quoted by Bessler, ‘The Third Geneva Convention barred the “physical or mental torture”. That is the reason why he feels that the death penalty needs to be prohibited. The pain and trauma is also inflicted upon the family as well. The family can undergo severe mental trauma after experiencing the death of the family member.
