Irrespective of the root cause, majority of people who are afflicted with these disorders face tremendous amount of social isolation and usually are under a lot of pressure due to public stigma. This is also considered as deviant behaviour (Clinard & Meier, 2016). We live in society where people constantly judge others and constantly evaluate based on certain measures like outer beauty, clothes and shoes used as well as body weight. Society and community sets practically impossible standards of people and beauty with a constant hassel to fit into the clothes. Essentially, eating disorder is not only limited to people who inclined towards excessive eating but also those who refrain from eating at all because of constant pressure to reduce the weight....
