Two-Way Classification Designs

An experiment was designed to test the effects of five levels of phosphate
fertilizer (P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5) on the yield of potato tuber dry matter. The experiment was
laid out in the field as a 5x5 Latin square, and the following yields (kg DM/plot) were obtained: (see pic)

1. Compute the relative efficiency of this design over CRD and RCBD.

2. Obtain the descriptive statistics for each type of fertilizer
