Introduction
The Riverez family has two committed patterns of long-time that are Julio (33) and Quianna (30). They consist of five children and lives in Englewood Community in Chicago. Many challenges are being faced by the family at home as well as the community due to which they seek assistance for improving. For assisting this family effectively, evaluation of the complex community and family system factors are important which drives the negative situation in the lives of them.
Presently, Julio is working in two part-time jobs, but the family still has to struggle with poverty. The neighborhood is being plagued regularly by gang violence taking severe psychological and physical tolls on the family. Because of the gunshot wound, Mr. Riverez is suffering from long-term health issues and some family members are also possibly having undiagnosed PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). The severe concern of the family is the suspected involvement of the oldest son child Rico with the gang. Quianna, a primary care provider and mother feels fatigued constantly with the issues of parenting them. Additionally, the family is also struggling with barriers of substantial languages, lack of education, inadequate transportation, unresolved familial discord, perceived lack of support from the community.
Interventions

Julio has the advantage of present employment, sense of responsibilities, work ethic as well as perseverance for providing the family.
The Community: In Englewood, some groups are there who are working for social change, investing in the neighborhood, supporting communities.
Potential Outcomes
