Impact of adult education on society
The average age of college students in US is increasing in the recent years. The effect of this
can be seen in many universities showing average age as between 25 to 30 with eighty
percent of the students being more than twenty five years of age. The consequences of this
trend on the society can be seen with more graduates passing out in recent years than in the
past decades. There is a growing need of career growth and training led career advancement
which is fulfilled when more and more professionals opt for the degrees relevant to their
