Overview This assignment requires you to: a) create a set of interview questions you might ask in order to obtain a child's developmental history; b) score two developmental screening tools; and c ) make recommendations that you would give parents/caregivers based on the screening results. See the section, "Screening" located in Unit 03 for an overview of the LookSee and Ages & Stages Questionnaire (Third Edition) (ASQ-3) . John is a 3-year-old boy in the childcare centre where you are employed. John's parents have completed two developmental screeners as part of regular surveillance screening conducted in the childcare centre: a. Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3). b. LookSee Instructions 1. Draft interview questions that will form the basis of your developmental history, as discussed in Unit 03. 2. Score the LookSee and ASQ-3 screening forms. List the scores you obtained (e.g. # of yes and no responses on LookSee; provide the scores for the ASQ-3). Interpret what the scores tell you about John's development. 3.
