First generate Velocity and acceleration diagram then apply force analysis to Calculate the torque at the wiper EF link.


The crank is rotating by a motor with 65 RPM speed.


The coeffecient of friction of the material used in the mechanism is 2.1


The mass of each link is

AB = 0.36
BC=0.64
CD=0.76
DA=0. 38

Assume any mass for the rest.


*EF is the wiper which is fixed with the rocker link CD
