WOT analysis is often conducted as a major part of a situation analysis.



2b) The most useful form of situational analysis is 5 C analysis. It is just environment scan of five important areas for marketing decision and extension of 3C analysis, we have to simply look into Company, Collaborators, Customers, Competitor, and climate. By keeping the overview of its 5c subparts we can perform situational analysis.
