Answer: Being healthy depends on many factors actually, if a
definite body configuration means that you are healthy doesn’t mean that the same body configuration will make other people healthy. It varies along with bodies. Being healthy, in general, means to be physically, mentally and socially, fit. And this definition, in general, has been widely accepted by people all around the world. Now, when the diet of a person doesn’t provide that person with enough nutrients that the person requires, the person is said to be suffering from malnutrition. There are many factors that leads to a person to malnutrition. Some of them are low income, mental disorders, complicated health conditions, etc. It is even possible to have obesity with malnutrition. Malnutrition, obesity and other health disorders can lead to life-threatening diseases. So, when diagnosed with malnutrition or eating disorder or even obesity, a person needs to take proper food nutrients and the best way to do it is to consult a physician. A physician can plan a diet for you that involves the intake of proper food that will provide the person with the perfect amount of nutrient that the person needs to take at a time, not more and not less. Treatments may include ongoing screening and monitoring, making a dietary plan, which might include taking supplements, treating specific symptoms, such as nausea, treating any infections that may be present, checking for any mouth or swallowing problems.
