en Bosch’s point of view, his intention of sending the mail was quick
response from his Mexican counterpart that was being discussed from last several weeks without
getting the expected actions and results. As well, Van den Bosch was also getting a tongue-
lashing from his British MNC client who was waiting for IAS 2007 Financial statements. British
MNC client was furious due to the lack of progress and a week earlier had also visited to Van
den Bosch office and expressed his mounting frustration.
This in turn forced Van den Bosch to send an email to Pablo Menendez. Prior to this e-
