The purpose of selecting the same topic for the research work because; the company is dealing with a huge work force and is successful dealing with the emerging challenges of internal and external environment by adopting the strategies of getting agile and will help me in analyzing my research report, the company has faced a certain level of challenges also while dealing with the demographic change, this information of how the company catered with the problem, will help me in framing my research report. The report consists of the external factors that effects the HR planning and is giving an analysis on the potential impact of changing demography on the HR planning and job design of Accenture Company (Hecklau, 2015).
External Factors that affect the HR Planning: There are 4 external Factors that have a direct impact on HR Planning and Job Designing of a company, they are:
1. Economic Conditions: The Company’s HR Planning and the Job Designing depends upon the economic conditions of the market, the planning of job designing considers the economic factor as due to change in the environment it may possible that some service design may become obsolete. This requires the process of job enlargement for improving and increasing the service quality.
2. Government Regulations: This affects the HRP of Accenture and Job designing a lot as any new introduction or compliance of the government changes the whole pattern of job designing (recruitment, termination, retirement process etc.)
3. Technological Advancements: This affects the process as any new technology adapted by the company requires new workers who could work on the new updated technology and it affects in job cutting also, as the employees who can’t support the new system has to be out of the company.
4. Demographics: The employees needed to be treated according to the demographics they belong to while designing the job (Collings, 2015).
