Professional identity can be t

The motives of a person with regards to a certain professional have deep involvement with his or her professional identity. Professional identity is basically the perception of oneself in one's field of profession. This term has gained a lot of importance in the recent years as it has been found that professional identity can have a profound effect on one's career and decisions that can affect the job being done greatly.
