The Amazon ITSM model is the model which shows strategic way to develop, design, maintain and improve the Amazon retailer business IT services. Amazon is the world largest retailer firm. According to my opinion, there proposed ITSM model focus on customer centric IT. The main focus of Amazon ITSM model is to keep customer happier and minimize the work load of IT experts.
