Introduction
As stated by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports, 10 most important health challenges are faced by the population. These include alcohol-related health issues, healthcare-related infections, stroke and heart disease, mental health challenges, stroke and heart condition, physical activity, obesity and nutrition-related health challenge, tobacco use and teen pregnancy. Among these ten different types of health challenges, the research proposal will be exploring the anxiety condition as a physical health challenge.
Background
Anxiety disorder is a condition that includes different types of symptoms like panic, a persistent worry that may extend to excessive anxiety such that it impacts the physical health of the individual. As opined by Singh (2018), individuals suffering from anxiety disorder are most often found to worry during their regular activities as well as events and routine issues. There are times the patient also complains about anxieties on future events; due to the reaction against the current events. As expressed by Bui et al. (2017), the researchers have observed several physical manifestations of anxiety for instance shakiness and an increase in the heart rate.
Objectives
· To analyse the experiences of an individual's anxiety condition on workplace and social well being
· To understand the meaning of anxiety disorder condition
· To evaluate the various factors contributing to anxiety
· To evaluate the factors involved in influencing the well-being of the patient
· To understand how the anxiety in an individual affect the well-being of the patient
· To analyse the different strategies for mitigating the negative impacts of anxiety

Factors like work stress, change in the job, pregnancy, relationship and family problems, sexual or physical abuse can also lead to anxiety disorder.
At time, changes in the lining condition and death o loss of any loved one can also develop anxiety condition. According to Swartz, Hariri and Williamson (2017), a study reveals that the anxiety and stress-related challenges are faced by individuals due to the RBFOX1 gene that causes the disorder. GAD also is known as the generalised form of anxiety disorder may be inherited and there are cases when the associated conditions of GAD are also linked to genes. This has to lead to some researcher to conclude that anxiety is a genetic condition, which can be influenced by environmental conditions.
Some researchers state the anxiety condition can be reflected through certain specific symptoms that include panic disorders, phobias, anxiety due to separation, social anxiety. Anxiety disorder can be closely related to other mental health condition like OCD, stress disorders, adjustment disorders and PTSD. Research reflects that poor mental health in the form of anxiety disorder has immense workplace and social consequences for the society as well as the individuals. It has been observed that the...
