Recruitment is said to be a dialogue which takes place between the investigators and their
potential participants even before the consent process starts. It starts by identifying the target and
enlisted participants who are voluntarily ready for a research study. Investigator tries to generate
interest among participants by telling them the reason and objectives of the study so they wish to
get involved in the process. It mainly serves two in a Research methodology to select and
identify the sample which is ready to be your subject and also at the same time that sample
sufficiently is the representation of the target population. And second is to do the recruitment of
enough number of subjects so to meet the desired sample size in the study.
