Impact of Leadership Style on Employee Job Satisfaction and Emotional Well Being
Leadership plays a vital role in any industry and so does the leadership styles. The leadership styles adopted by a leader give a wider picture about what approach is to be adopted by the leader in managing the team. In any of the industry, the organization deals with and face several issues related to the management, planning, human resource, and the leadership as well. Inspirational Motivation: is achieved by implementing a vision that is encouraging, motivating, and future-oriented. Transformational leaders apply goals that motivate and increase confidence in the subordinates to perform their jobs at higher levels, which in case make them endure the job they perform (Boamah et al., 2018).
Intellectual stimulation: in this, the leaders tend to provide the employees a plan to approach their problems in an efficient way where they could be involved in their work more actively, which imparts that the leaders are worried about the stances of the employees as well.
Individualized consideration: in this, the leaders proficiently train and guide the employees regarding several activities. The leaders tend to motivate the employee who has a lower confidence level and morale.
