Write a one-page paper describing this weighted decision matrix and what the results show.  2.    Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. Break down the work to level 2 or level 3, as appropriate. You must do some research in finding out the typical features of a website and include them in your WBS. [400 words]
