Executive summary
Conducting the survey for finding the potential impact of mobile technology on society and its users is main intension for conducting this proposed study. The mobile technology is providing huge transformation to diverse the society aspects by impacting their social life and culture. The implementation of any technology like mobile technology has both types of aspects on society. These aspects may be positive results or negative results. The society has different areas like education, different businesses, social life, health sector and many more. So, the deep study on all these society areas is conducted with proposed report and conducted survey. For concluding this survey, the mainly faced challenges and their results are discussed in my report. The recommendation solutions for reducing the identified negative impacts are also included in my report. So, moreover, the presented report and conducted survey for this important technology with definition and identification of negative and positive impacts are mainly included in my presented report for this paper.

1. Introduction
The modern society is most commonly making use of cellular communication which is based on the mobile technology. The mobile technology has completely changed from its beginning to modern state. Initially, the CDMA technology is backbone of this mobile technology but from that the mobile technology has changed to 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G and now 5G is also proposed. The mobile technology provides so many services to its user on their mobile devices. The gaming consoles and their handling, GPS navigation, web browsers, messages and most importantly phone calls are associated to this technology [Heflin et al, 2017]. In modern time, the computation and communication are the two pillars on which the complete society is based. The provided functions and involved technologies in mobile communication are providing leverages to society and its users. The mobile phone of user works as the main point to provide services for this technology and all back end services are managed by the mobile technology. The smart phones has completely changed the marketing strategies of mobile technology and introduced a new market which is working on a new class of mobile technology. The integrated services because of mobile technology are providing PIM applications, message facility, capabilities of wireless communication, messaging and communication through voice.
The advance facilities provided by mobile technology and functions are completely changing the working and personal environment of modern society. The traditional functions provided by initial mobile technologies like CDMA are completely changed for society. The modern society can use mobile technology to play games, send emails, take photos and so many other tasks can easily be done. Because of these provided reasons, the modern society is attracted towards mobile technology and its uses are very common for the society. Different surveys conducted by different countries shows the popularity of mobile technology is increased to huge stage and more users are attracted towards it from the initial stage. During initial stage, this mobile technology is only intended to provide its services to businesses but in modern time it is very common to the users and society is taking benefits from it. The effective engagement of mobile technology with smart phones is providing a platform to publishers and advertisers. Most of the advertising and publishing are done for considering the mobile technology and its user base. The mobile technology is providing so many good things to society but it is also leading to some certain negative impacts. The conducted surveys show that social life of modern users is completely changed by this mobile technology. In modern time, each user is conscious towards the consumed time for making any social appearance and deciding their behavior towards social aspects [Sevillano-Garcia & Vázquez-Cano, 2015]. The shopping malls, common social places, hospitals and most important education system are having impacts on mobile technology. So, analysis of mobile technology towards its implication on different social systems needs to be properly examined. Like other technologies, this mobile technology is also having negative impacts on its users and users are becoming addicted of it. The addiction of mobile technology is causing health issues and social appearance issues. The teenage users are highly impacted by this technology. The teens are using this technology for different unexpected reasons. The society is also having negative impacts from the uses of mobile technology. As governments from different countries are taking required steps for uses of mobile technology for their society but these steps are not efficient until the users from society are not ready to accept them. Most importantly, the positive impacts of this mobile technology are high with reference to negative impacts, and society is taking benefits from it, so, this technology can be used with certain recommendations. The proper survey can be conducted for finding the impacts of mobile technology and their results can be used to conclude the implications and results to society.
2. History of mobile technology
The history of mobile technology starts from CDMA and currently the development of 5 G technologies is under process. From, CDMA which only providing a two way voice communication, the 1 G was introduced in early 1980s. The brick phones are used by users to use this mobile technology. After this the 2G technology arrives which included the features of MMS and SMS which allows users to share pictures from their mobile devices with this technology. After this, the 3G technology is introduced in 1998 and this technology mostly works on the data transmission. The speed in data transmission is the main concept for introducing this 3G technology. After this the 4G technology of mobile communication is introduced and this technology was introduced in 2008. The features like gaming, video conferencing, mobile TV etc are mainly introduced in this 4G mobile technology. The data transmission speed of this technology is very high as compare to 3G. The channel busting for effective speed is the main concept working behind 4G mobile technologies. The color codes used in the previous mobile technologies are used in this technology. The main issue faced with 4G is its architectural issues in which the OSI is not supported on some devices. The defined layers perform the data transmission in this technology. So, to overcome the issues of 4G technology, the 5G technology is planned and may be it will provide its services in near future.
The implementation of each of these generations in mobile technologies made their impacts on modern society. The society is impacted from mobile technology from 1980s when the CDMA is introduced.
