1. List the most commonly used drugs on America in the nineteenth century.

are both legal to buy and use under certain conditions. Why is it that
less life threatening drugs, like Marijuana are still illegal under
Federal Law (Although more than 30 states have legalized Marijuana use
in some forms.)?
