Fishermans Bend acknowledges to be the largest urban project for renewal in Melbourne, Australia. It is built in around 480 hectares and it is being proposed that by 2050, the Bend shall accommodate 80,000 residents and employment to equivalent number of people. The project was established in 2016, and incorporates members from different jobs, precincts, members from Melbourne city and Port Philip.
