1. Interview three people regarding their definition of health. Compare their definitions to the various theories presented in the chapter, and to your own ideas about health.
2. Assess your own health behavior, and then select one behavior that you desire to change. It can be something you want to increase, such as aerobic exercise, decrease, such as eating junk food, or stop, such as smoking. Develop a plan to change the behavior, and then implement the plan for one month. Critically assess factors that facilitated or hindered achievement of your behavior change.
