1. If a law enforcement offi cer asks a person for consent to search his or her home for stolen jewelry when the offi cer’s real purpose is to look for marked money, is the consent voluntary?
2. Is his consent voluntary if the blood sample is actually used to match his blood with fl uids found at the rape scene? See Graves v. Beto, 424 F.2d 524 (5th Cir. 1970).
