The following tables form part of a database schema:
Center (CenterNo, CenterName, city)
Room (roomNo, CenterNo, type)
Patient (PatientID, PatientName, PatientAddress)
Booking (BookingID, PatientID, dateFrom, dateTo, roomNo)
Where Center contains Center details and CenterNo is the primary key;
Room contains room details for each Center and (roomNo, Center No) forms the primary key;
Booking contains details of bookings and (BookingID, PatientID) forms the primary key;
Patient contains Patient details and PatientID is the primary key.
