2. Discuss the relation of Plato’s allegory of the Cave to Nietzsche’s proposal of master morality. The central issue here concerns the question, is Nietzsche’s proposal feasible for someone who escapes the cave and climbs back to help fellow prisoners emancipate themselves? Will it convince the cave prisoners that the price of getting out of the cave is to accept that GOD IS DEAD?
