The video which has been taken to discuss about the leadership c
ompetencies discusses about the partnership of Foxconn a leading technology company with a healthcare company known as Advocate Aurora Sinai Medical Center. These are identified to be the two service partners. These two companies have decided to partner with each other so that the technology in which Foxconn excels can be utilised to deliver the healthcare services more efficiently and effectively. The service partners have decided to connect with each other through business collaboration under which the interest of Foxconn was to build manufacturing and technological campuses using $10 billion and Advocate Aurora wanted these technologies to be integrated to take their health services to the next level for the future.
This collaboration was done to focus on the development and improvement of healthcare services making use of advanced technologies. Collaboration is mandatory to breakthrough innovation. This collaboration will help both the service partners to utilize the resources available with them and to make profit by proving people with advanced healthcare services at their fingertips. This collaboration has managed to bring together a technology giant with a multistate health system. The aim of the collaboration was to come up with a health system reduce the cost of care for both the patients and the employers as well as to improve the outcomes for patients.
The strategy which was used to build a relationship between the two partners was to build two ways communication based on multi faceted collaboration with an aim to improve health care services and patient outcomes making use of the advanced technologies. Both the partners realized that this relationship could assist them to utilise their resources in the best possible way and make a lot of profit out of this.
