1. Executive Summary
The main issues that mostly occur or appear in a project management are:
· Fraud: Every person try copying, fabrication rather than thinking. This reduces the innovation in ideas ;
· Data fabrication: Presenting or demonstrating about information or results that a
re not researched or examined;
· Falsification: False results and showing that the information in wrong , Manipulating the answers or results ;
· Plagiarism: Taking the ideas, methods from other people and showing the world, that it belongs to you.
· Accountability: Project Members and Managers should hold responsibility for their mistakes. The people these days only show the gain that they brought to the company. They must be accountable even for mistakes that can bring the company to risk.
· Interest Conflicts: At the enterprise level, when people are at large scale. Interests of people may not matches. This results in chaos and confusion among the employees. The Project Manager must hold responsibility and understand the pros and cons of all the advices of employees and makes a good understanding such that the employees and move further in a friendly manner.
· Workplace Culture: Today’s workplace are generally respectful than they were a few decades ago, no organization has achieved its company culture. Project managers must have a clear idea and understanding of the company’s code of conduct and ensure that every employee follow it. It is the manger’s responsibility to ensure actions or penalties are taken from employees, who ignore the code of conduct.
2. Community of practice
Social scientists have various versions on the concept of community of practice for a variety [2] of diagnostic purposes, but the primary and main use of this concept has always been in learning.
Communities of practice are formed by people with same interests, with the urge of learning their interests or sharing the knowledge on that particular interest/idea. For instance, a band of artists wanting to learn new face expressions, a gang of engineers working on same type of projects or ideas. They may include people wanting some people with particular qualification or interest.
In education purposes, communities of practice are increasingly used. Various students have professionalism in various aspects. Sharing their knowledge and discussing about their ideas with other students with same interests bring a positive outcomes of the project or company. Practicing Communities also help in spreading individual knowledge for overall improvement of the project.
     In international development, community of practice helps in spreading the traditional values of each country. Knowing the traditional value helps in individual traditional knowledge enrichment.
