Great Man Theory
The theory depicts that the capability of the leaders to guide is inborn and natural. Great leaders are charismatic, intellectual, confident and communicative in accordance to the Great Man Theory. As mentioned by Swan (2016), the theory defines the best leaders as courageous, legendary and appointed to ascend to leadership when the circumstance emerges.
Trait Theory
    Trait theory suggests that individuals who inherent certain characteristics and qualities are best leaders because those qualities make them fit for leadership. Qualities such as self-dependence, bravery and communication skills make individuals good leaders.
Contingency Theory
