In your group work, not the submission, you need to do analyses for the following

Industry Value Chain (Chapters 8 & 9)
Analyze whether the current lineup of business operations is effective or not for the firms and also look into the need to grow by becoming more vertically integrated. Alternatively, you can also look into taper integration and/or strategic outsourcing. Use some rationales for the need for integration. Look into how they need to do the integration (Use the build-borrow-buy framework in Chapter 9)

Diversification (Chapters 8 & 9)
Analyze whether the current state of diversification in the company is adding value to the overall business. Look into the company’s level of diversification and analyze whether these have enhanced the firm’s performance. Also use the BCG Growth-Share Matrix to assess any particular Business Units, if possible. If they need to further diversify, use the build-borrow-buy framework in Chapter 9.

International Strategy (Chapters 10 & 9)
Analyze the company’s current international strategy on whether they had done well in those countries. Any challenges that they need to address, use the CAGE framework for this. If you propose that they need to enter a particular country, use the CAGE framework for this too. Argue on how they should enter the country, use the build-borrow-buy framework in Chapter 9.
