1)    Complete a full program plan of a health promotion program focussed on healthy eating in order to address Type 2 diabetes among ATSI people residing in Playford local government area.



The program plan must have a goal, 3 objectives, at least 2 strategies per objective, process and impact indicators, evaluation methods for both these indicators plus an outcome indicator and evaluation method. Use the template attached.
