1. Clients have the right to know alternative methods of dealing with their problems, and what the probability is that the one(s) selected will lead to successful resolution of the difficulties.
2. Clients have the right to know how much the intervention will cost them. If they do not directly pay fees, it is equally a right to know the value of the services being provided.
